Training

Your team, trainedon their own work.

Not a generic AI course. We look at what each desk actually does, find where AI helps, and teach your people to use it properly and safely.

The measurement

It starts with a measurement,not a syllabus.

Everyone is placed on eight ladders before a session runs. The gap between the bar the work sets and where the person sits is the curriculum, so two people in the same room get two different programmes.

Scheduling coordinator

Already uses it daily, so week one starts on judging the output and wiring the workflow.

Finance lead

Checks every number that leaves the desk, so week one starts on everyday use and prompt craft.

  • Dashed is the bar the work sets. It is the same for both of them.
  • Solid is where the person sits today.
  • What is between them is the programme. It is different for each of them.

The eight ladders.

The same eight for everyone, so a score means the same thing in two departments. The map says which desks to measure first.

  1. 01

    Everyday AI use

Reaching for it on the ordinary jobs, not only the interesting ones.

  2. 02

    Prompt craft

Asking for the thing you actually want, and getting it the first time.

  3. 03

    Your own documents

Pointing it at your own files, so the answer comes back in your words.

  4. 04

    Judging AI output

Reading what comes back and knowing when to send it and when to ask again.

  5. 05

    Responsible AI

Knowing what stays out of the box and who answers for what goes out.

  6. 06

    Finding the use case

Spotting the job on your own desk that is worth handing over.

  7. 07

    Workflows and agents

Wiring the steps together so a job runs without being started by hand.

  8. 08

    Championing others

Showing the desk next to you, so one person working it out becomes everyone.

The programme

Every block ends onsomething that runs.

Four blocks and three gates across six months. Nobody moves on until the thing they built is working on their own desk.

    The same map again

The same eight ladders, measured again. The difference is a number your board can read.

Mixed levels sit in the same room, on the same task set at two depths.

The two courses

How the programmeis delivered.

Course 02 only works once course 01 does, which is why this is a path and not a menu of topics.

Questions

Asked beforeevery engagement.

No. The programme is written for people who are not technical and who may be sceptical of AI, which is a reasonable thing to be. Nothing in it requires code.
