Domain & inbox migration
We wire up your domain's MX records, configure SPF/DKIM/DMARC, and migrate existing addresses (support@, sales@, billing@) so nothing bounces during cutover.
Monitoring & on-call
Production alerts on bounce rates, queue depth, and delivery failures route to us first. You hear from us when something needs your attention — not when a graph wobbles.
Updates & upgrades
New SaaSmail releases roll out to your deployment on a cadence you approve. Schema migrations, dependency bumps, and breaking changes are tested before they reach you.
Secrets & access management
Webhook secrets, API keys, and SMTP credentials live in your Worker — scoped, rotated, and audited. We use least-privilege access for everything we touch.
Custom branches when you need them
Need a workflow SaaSmail doesn't ship? We maintain a fork for you and merge upstream releases in — so customization doesn't strand you on a dead branch.
